I recently had a total knee replacement with Dr. Economedes and the whole experience with this doctor has been great. He explained everything in his office what the surgery was going to be like and answered any questions that I had. There were a couple of times he and I talked over the phone about a few questions and for him to take the time and do something like that was very helpful. I could not be more grateful for this doctor and how he has gotten me through this process so far. Thank you Dr. Economedes.

I trust Dr. Economedes with my care. I had a hip replacement 1.5 years ago with a very good outcome, and now he's helping me to “deal” with my left knee a little longer (my decision) b4 I get it replaced. Just got a steroid shot in left knee and so far, it's like magic. I can go up and down stairs without even holding on! I don't … but it's nice to know I can. Before I was pulling myself up the stairs and going down each stair one leg at a time! Big difference. I'm very satisfied with my care from Dr E!

He is a wonderful Dr and very thorough and takes time with his patients! So happy I was referred to him! And the staff was great also! Very friendly and made sure everything was taken care of! Highly recommend!

I came to Dr. Economedes 6 years ago after an horrible accident. He was phenomenal to say the least! I walk without pain because of him! I now need my other knee replaced, I wouldn't consider another surgeon. I travel from Greenville just to see him!

I have had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Economedes from my first visit for total knee replacement through my surgery and all of my recovery. Very easy to talk to and he listens to what you have to say. He also has a great PA working with him, Sean Childress. Would definitely recommend this surgeon!

Awesome and nice Orthopedic. He knows what he's doing. My first time meeting with him was very calming. Haven't been here long but when I do come to CARY Ortho it's great. My knee is the issue. Brian is awesome as well. Staff make you feel welcome and almost forget your pain😃

Dr. Economedes is great. I had 2 knee replacements, one a normal replacement and one that was much more difficult. Dr. Economedes was able to find the perfect balance to make the difficult knee work well. I have had my new knees for a year now and am very pleased and grateful to have such a knowledgeable surgeon. The knees are working beautifully!

Excellent doctor, super listening skills, professional, caring and well supported by a competent, organized staff. Dr. Economedes removed hardware from my knee after my tibial plateau fracture recovery, then in a subsequent surgery performed a total knee replacement. I am 6 months post op, was thoroughly supported by PT sessions that Dr, Economedes prescribed. I did have those sessions in my town with another practice due to the one to one ratio. You will be in good hands with Dr. Economedes.

Super bedside manner and so easy to talk to. Always made sure I understood every step before and after surgery. Both surgery and recovery have been flawless. Highly recommend!!

His communication both before and after my hip replacement surgery was comprehensive, compassionate, and so very well informed. I unequivocally recommend this surgeon for any procedure one may have. Dr. Economedes replaced my hip last year. Today I have no hip pain my mobility has been restored. I have also seen him for my back and knees. He is an excellent doctor and I would highly recommend him.

Highly recommend Dr. Economedes for hip related issues especially for total hip replacement. After only 6 months from the date of surgery I have regained all mobility in the hip and I have no pain. I couldn't be more pleased with the treatment I received throughout the process.
